That the Tourist Development Council (TDC) Advisory Board consider minutes from the April 8, 2026 regular session meeting. 

That the Tourist Development Council (TDC) Advisory Board consider the Treasurer's Report to date on the Tourist Development Tax.

That the Tourist Development Council (TDC) Advisory Board review and approve the budget that will be approved by the Board of County Commissioners for 2026/2027.

That the TDC Board review the proposal submitted to B.A.S.S., LLC to host the 2027 Bassmaster Elite Series fishing tournament at C. Scott Driver Recreation Area, dates to be determined, and to provide up to $75,000 in financial support (Tourist Development Council funding).

That the Tourist Development Council (TDC) Advisory Board receive a report of advertising opportunities that TDC has participated in the Third Quarter (April-June) of fiscal year 2025/2026.

That the Tourist Development Council (TDC) Advisory Board receive an update of the approved promotional events for the Third Quarter of Fiscal Year 2025/2026.

That the Tourist Development Council (TDC) Advisory Board receive an overview of all Host Funding Applications received for FY26/27 Funding.

That the Tourist Development Council (TDC) Advisory Board consider the Florida Airboat Association application for the Unity Weekend Banquet Dinner scheduled for July 10, 2027 in the amount of $5,000.

That the Tourist Developmen Council (TDC) Advisory Board consider the Lake Okeechobee Airboaters application for the 5th Annual Airboat & Buggy Show scheduled for February 27, 2027 in the amount of $5,000.

That the Tourist Development Council (TDC) Advisory Board consider the TNT Airboat Conservation application for the Airboat Races scheduled for April 3, 2027, and July 17, 2027 in the amount of $3,000.00.

That the Tourist Development Council (TDC) Advisory Board consider the Okeechobee Main Street host funding application for Main Street's community events in the amount of $10,000.

That the Tourist Development Council (TDC) Advisory Board consider the Battle of Okeechobee application for entertainment performances at the Battlefield Reenactment scheduled for February 2027 in the amount of $1,800.00.

That the Tourist Development Council (TDC) Advisory Board consider the Our Village application for the Hurricane Symposium scheduled for December 3-5, 2026 in the amount of $7,500.

That the Tourist Development Council (TDC) Advisory Board consider the Evans Media Source application for the Yee Haw Music Festival event scheduled for January 14-16, 2027 for a requested amount of $8,000.

That the Tourist Development Council (TDC) Advisory Board consider the Cracker Boys Bass Club application for two Lake "O" fishing tournament events scheduled for October 9-11, 2026, and April 23-25, 2027 in the amount of $3,000.

That the Tourist Development Council (TDC) Advisory Board consider the American Anglers Fishing League application for the Weekend Warrior Tournament Series scheduled for February 6-7, 2027 in the amount of $15,000.

That the Tourist Development Council (TDC) Advisory Board consider the Lake & Trail USA application for the Big O Showdown Tournament Series in the amount of $40,000.

That the Tourist Development Council (TDC) Advisory Board receive a report from the Tourism Department Staff on department updates.
